Hi and welcome back, as always, it’s great to have you here! I’m your host Marie O’Neil, creator of the highly transformative Complete Self-Help System For Overcoming Depression and the Author of How To Create A Depression-Free Life.
Now, I thought I’d make today’s podcast a little bit different!
I thought, what’s the point of yapping away and talking about all the benefits meditation has to offer us when we’re stuck in depression, when I could just go ahead and share a quick and easy guided meditation for depression with you, so you can actually feel the benefits for yourself!
So, that’s exactly what I’m doing!

You see, the greatest difficulty we have when trying to lift ourselves up and out of depression is the fact that we can’t shift out of our heads! We’re constantly stuck in our minds, in the world of chaotic thoughts, division and black and white thinking.
And, here’s the problem with that…
It naturally keeps us locked in the downward spiral of depression.
So, the key is to get out of our heads! And, that’s what meditation does! It allows us to have a breather, a break from our chaotic minds and the chaotic world around us, and it gives us the much needed time-out we need to help alleviate depression.
So, do give it a go! Because, I’m positive you’ll enjoy it!
